Polo Ranch Pool Reopens!

Dear Polo Ranch Community,

This update serves to inform everyone about confirmed changes with the pool as well as an

upcoming HOA townhall at our community pool.

The pool is going to reopen on Tuesday, June 11 at 10 am. We confirmed a new contract with

our Pool Management company, and we will be implementing some changes when we open.

The pool hours will now be 10am-8pm; Tuesday through Sunday. We will now have a gatekeeper that will be enforcing rules and checking key fobs upon entry. Please note that the gatekeepers are not at the pool for the purpose of life preservation. Their duties include

maintaining the pool, ensuring that residents sign in with key fobs, and preserving order

through rule enforcement. Please continue to supervise your children in the same manner as

swim-at-your-own-risk.

Anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age. There will be a sign in sheet located at the gate that we will be required to sign into. We confirmed a contract for camera installation at the pool and playground area and installation will take place shortly. Additionally, we have another key fob access lock that has been installed on the interior gate.

This Saturday on June 15, at 10 am, we are having an HOA townhall at the pool. All board

members, events committee members, and Fulshear PD will be present. We ask that you try

your best to make the townhall but if you cannot the meeting will be documented and shared

with the community on our website and via email. We are seeking the communities feedback

and input regarding how we are going to manage pool access and what further changes the

community is seeking. We also ask that you bring a chair with you as we anticipate a high

turnout for this meeting.

Swim Houston is now looking for potential employees that live in Polo Ranch. This would be a great opportunity for teenagers that live in the neighborhood.
